FDAP Professional Award in Management & Leadership
Techniques Level 3
The FDAP Professional Award in Management & Leadership Techniques is a three day training course leading to a level 3 award for line managers in the drugs and alcohol field.
The course is based around four units from the "Community Justice", "Learning & Development" and "Management & Leadership" NOS:

- [TDASTL69] Support competence achieved in the workplace
- [CFAMLB6] Provide leadership in your area of responsibility
- [CFABAG1212] Supervise a team in a business environmemnt
It is open to anyone in the field - but are available at reduced rates to FDAP members and the employees of corporate affiliate agencies.

The University of West London have developed a range of CPD courses at Level 6 and 7.
