FDAP QUALIFICATIONS :: ASET/FDAP Cert. in Supervisory Management & Leadership Techniques

The ASET/FDAP Certificate in Supervisory Management & Leadership Techniques is an ASET-accredited three day training course leading to a level 3 award for line managers in the drugs and alcohol field.

The course is based around four units from the "Community Justice", "Learning & Development" and "Management & Leadership" NOS:

[CJ HD8] Support & challenge workers on specific aspects of their practice

[L&D L20] Support competence achieved in the workplace

[M&L B6] Provide leadership in your area of responsibility

[M&L D6] Allocate & monitor the progress & quality of work in your area...

It is open to anyone in the field - but are available at reduced rates to FDAP members and the employees of corporate affiliate agencies.

Cost (per delegate): £495 + VAT per head (reduced rates for FDAP members/ affiliates) - group rates on application.
